Today was a busy day, we went to visit four companies. The first one was Malta Financial Services Authority; it was a really good speech that dealt with who gets loans and the specifics of helping people out that need loans. He talked about helping other companies succeed and when he started talking about success my thoughts went back to the man we met the first day. He was the owner of a restaurant that had been passed down through his family for hundreds of years. Most people wouldn't correlate success with waiting on people. Yet this man was so happy and excited to tell people the history of the restaurant and his family. Being that happy and enjoying his job is what I now think is the true definition to success. I think if I can ever wake up in the morning and be that happy at work then I will have achieved success. We also went to tour today at Malta Tourism, Malta Freeport, and Malta Enterprise. I know that since Malta is not like the US there are going to be tons of differences to experience yet I'm still surprised at the little things like some companies just now looking into facebook and twitter.
